Hundreds, maybe a thousand birds reside here according to research and visitors have been known to spend the entire day here. $20 SGD to get through the gate and into the midst of all the action. The free leaflet details various bird handling demonstrations and feedings, and with several walk-in aviaries to explore then I could be here for a while. Unfortunately its just started to rain, heavy with thunder and so dark it could almost be night! Take shelter with the parakeets.....
