The brown sludge has gone but there remains garbage floating in the sea. Dirty water seeps from the village towards the shoreline, but at least the beach is clean. The place remains empty, very quiet! Prices are higher than in Georgetown, but still quite reasonable.
Hi Paul,
ReplyDeleteYep, that's more or less how we found the public beach at Batu Ferringhi - empty and a clean beach our first visit in August 2012.
